  • Is the 5K Timed?

    Yes. All registered runners who signed up and picked up their race packets for the 5K race will be timed via a B-tag system.

  • Is the course USATF certified?

    Yes, the Most Good 5K is USATF Certified.

  • Can I pick up my packet on race day?

    Yes, but participants are highly encouraged to pick up their packets during the designated packet pick up times. A friend or family member can pick up your packet with a copy of your event confirmation.

  • Where and when do I pick up my packet?

    Please see the Packet Pick-up section.

  • Are there age group awards?

    Yes, the ages groups will be 14 and under, 15-19 and every ten years until reaching 70.


  • Is the race open to walkers?

    Yes, both the 5K distance is open to run or walk. Please be courteous of others and start at the back of the pack as to avoid any collisions.

  • Will you email me information closer to the event?

    Yes, we will start to email updates one month prior to the event.

  • Should I be getting updates in my email inbox?

    Please make sure you are checking your spam and promotions box as it is possible your security settings don’t allow our emails to go to your inbox. You should start to receive emails a few weeks out from race day.

  • Is there an age minimum or maximum?

    No, the race is open to all ages as long as the participant can run or walk on their own. Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed, but we ask  that they start at the back of the pack.

  • Where are the restrooms located on site?

    Restrooms are located just west of Tostito's Championship Plaza next to the Nike Store.

  • I can't run. Can I still get my packet?

    Yes, please stop by the packet pick-up location to get your bib and gift bag. Remember, we encourage no race day packet pick-up.

  • I can't run. Can I get a refund or transfer my entry?

    Unfortunately, all participant entries are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Can you mail me my packet?

    Unfortunately, packets can only be picked up during the predetermined packet pick-up times.

  • I cannot find my name, but I'm positive I registered. Who do I contact?

    You can verify your registration by clicking the link, logging onto your account, and clicking on the “my account” icon.

  • Are there turn-by-turn directions and road closure times posted?

    Yes, please visit the Route section for more information.

  • Are strollers allowed at this event?

    Yes, but we ask strollers to start in the back to avoid collisions.
