SPECIAL COVID-19 NOTICE

Most Good 5K Participants,

It is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of The Salvation Army 2020 Most Good 5k, in response to the ongoing public health concerns brought on by the Coronavirus pandemic. The Salvation Army of North Texas is committed to helping North Texans combat poverty, addiction, and homelessness in our five county service area, and the need in these areas is greater now, more than ever.

With the economic hardships that many are facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to see the need grow and anticipate it will continue to increase over the coming weeks and months. The Salvation Army remains committed to serving on the front lines helping our community’s most vulnerable.

We can’t thank you enough for your continued support of The Salvation Army of North Texas and for your patience and understanding as we work through these challenging and unique times.

With gratitude,

The Most Good 5K Team

The Salvation Army is one of the largest and oldest providers of social services in the country and has been serving the needs of North Texas for over 125 years. When we see a human need, we fill it. Last year we helped over 100,000 people in need with meals, shelter, rehabilitation, and youth programs. To learn more, visit salvationarmydfw.org.
